FAQ
If you have paid with a credit card or a direct payment with PayPal, you will get an email immediately with subject "Thank you for choosing a SINOVO product".
If you haven't received such an email after a few minutes please check carefully your SPAM-filter settings!
Please make sure that the sender of the license mail (order@sinovo.de) is not blocked by your spam filter! Your filter should also accept that we have attached to the license mail your invoice as a PDF file.
Unfortunately the automated emails are filtered sometimes so that they will not go directly into your inbox but into the spam-folder (where you can find them usually in such a case)!

When will I get the registration/licence email?
